Jingte Leisure Products Co., Ltd. is china’s leading manufacture & supplier of all kinds of kayak, kayak accessories, PFDs & Water sports Apparel, since founded in September 2016 located in North china in Ningbo city area. Located at 30 min ride from airport, under the WELON SPORTS group company Ltd. The company has its own three manufacturing plant dedicated to Water Sports products developments and based in various location, covering an area of more than 20,000 square meters, with more than 150 worker and technicians staff and an annual output value of 30 million. We do have formed a management system that integrates design, production, supply, sales and aftersales service.

PRODUCT PROCESS
Raw material
JINGTE have own R&D for raw materials, using HDPE material instead of LLDPE for kayaks. PVC, PET, EVA & Neoprene material for Accessories and Clothes.
Roto molding
JINGTE uuse advance rotomoling machines and can produce products, such as boat, kayak, groove, etc. It is cost effective machine & occupies a limited area and use sufficiently the space in vertical direction.
Assemble
Afret the molding process, we assemble the Accessories parts with it, trim and finish kayaks comes out from molds , Such as extra raw material cleaning and pasting LOGO etc.
Inspection
Right After Assembling , it sent to QC department, and ready for Physical Inspection and test our QA departemnt test each of kayak one by one. and ensure its high Quality and durability
